Annie, this bud's for you! Or I should say, bulb...no corm. Whatever the root, it just came up in our garden from last year. I thought it had died or been tossed during the yard makeover. When you come in May I'll try to get some starts for you. (I might [LOL] need a reminder.) Somewhere there is a soft blue and the Midnight Sky, dark purple, is blooming too.

Oh, I'd love some different colors! I just got a pale purple at the swap meet. The rest of them are all dark purple - Dave Moore says they are the hardiest ones, so that's why they dominate the iris colors, I guess.
